Bringing the mission, vision and values to life in our organization is what sets St. Francis Health Center apart in the health care community.
MissionWe will, in the spirit of the Sisters of Charity, reveal God's healing love by improving the health of the individuals and communities we serve, especially those who are poor or vulnerable.
Our Vision and ValuesThe guiding principle that further defines St. Francis is a steadfast commitment to the mission, which includes creating a spiritual environment that gives employees time for reflection and promotes the virtue of kindness. Through the Culture of Stewardship, employees throughout the organization, but especially those facing critical life situations, have an opportunity to pause, share thoughts and find insights so they may inspire others in their work areas through a rejuvenated perspective.
