Aqua Joint/Aqua Lite

A warm water workout that will benefit those experiencing back pain, joint pain, stiffness, weakness or loss of endurance.

BIG Moves-Parkinson's Disease

A whole body fitness class that focuses on putting BIG effort into every movement; improving balance, coordination and endurance.

Cardio MIX

Our bodies are made to move! This cardio class provides a MIX of exercises that will elevate your heart rate, burn fat, tone muscle and boost energy.

Family Fitness

Wanting to work out as a family? This class provides the opportunity for families to work out together, utilizing different techniques for a whole body workout.

Joint Health

This land based exercise class is designed to decrease pain, improve mobility before and after joint surgery. Exercise includes stretching, strengthening and balance training.

Power Yoga

This class utilizes various yoga stretches, poses, and movements that will emPOWER anyone to participate. Appropriate for beginner and advanced yogi's.

Sports Performance

Want to work on throwing, jumping, core stabilization and core strengthening or any sport specific activity, but not your season? This year round class offers sports conditioning and sports performance techniques for any athlete.

Strength Basics

Basic resistance training with the use of hand weights and specific slow repetitions to build strength in upper and lower body, as well as core per NIH & ACSM. Can be preformed in a chair as needed.
