St. Francis Health Rehabilitation SeniorSpirit

Low impact, yet challenging workouts designed to strengthen muscles and increase mobility in a caring and welcoming environment. Meet new people or bring your friends, SeniorSpirit is a good time for everyone 55 and up.


Exercise Classes – Mondays and Fridays at 11:00 a.m.

Classes consist of Stretching, Breathing, Strength Training & Cardio Workout.

All exercises are performed from either a sitting or standing position.

Yoga Classes – Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m.

Classes consist of some basic poses, breathing patterns, stretching & meditation. All are performed exercises from either a sitting or standing position.

SeniorSpirit Luncheons – Second and Fourth Monday of each month

Bring your own lunch and visit with the group while you enjoy a variety of speakers talking on all subjects.
